Here on this page you will find the Affiliation forms to download. Affiliation is required in order for your school to play in Quaichs and for Pupil to play in the Championships. Affiliation also entitles players from you school entry into it's local run tournaments. Affiliation to EITHER your Local Schools Area Association or SSBU is required for this - but not both.
